WHERE IT ALL BEGAN…
One summer, I got a job as a palm reader at the CNE – a big, annual fair in Toronto.
I was to spend 5 minutes per customer and tell them all about the four major lines on their palm – and ask them questions about what the lines might indicate about their life. I sat beside real psychics and bejeweled crystal-ball readers (some of whom were the real-deal and worked with the police, helping to uncover crimes). Just outside of our sparkly booth were rows and rows of gadgets for sale: blenders, hand cream, teddy bears, duvets, chocolate bars….And hundreds of people.
Anyway, back to my first job…I remember my first shift so vividly, sitting under a sequined awning, mentally reviewing my palmistry crash-course.
To my delight, people came to see me! Over and over, and all day long. Hundreds of people paid $5 for me to talk to them about their palms.
In return, they told me about their hopes and dreams. How life had surprised them. What big questions kept them up at night. What they wanted next.
That job taught me something:
I have a gift (and love) for helping people GET REAL about where they are & what they truly want.
HOW I CAN HELP YOU
As a full-time, professional coach, I have the distinct joy of working with people every day, helping them to create lives and careers that they absolutely love. I help people change patterns that no longer serve them, make bold new choices and create new futures.
As a coach, my job is to help you identify what you truly want next, and craft a clear plan to get you there.
As my client, here’s what you get:
My full support and attention on YOU and your dreams
An amazing goal-setting process that gets you to take action
Custom strategies to help you face and overcome whatever challenges and resistance come up as you take action
An improved ability to focus on what matters most – instead of getting distracted by the details of daily life
A confidential, supportive relationship where you explore who you really are and what you truly want
I’ll bring my full range of expertise and skills to the table. This includes certification from the world’s top coaching school, Coaching Training Institute (CTI), where I became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). I stay up-to-speed with coaching best practices, ethics and standards as a member of the International Coaches Federation (ICF).
I’ll also be inviting you to step into your own light and brilliance on the regular. Just as much as I love goal-setting and looking forward, I’m also committed to helping you live a life you want to be in NOW. I’m a life-long student and practitioner of mindfulness and meditation and am a Reiki Master. My mission is for you to present and empowered in your life today – and everyday.
Maybe you’re feeling like….
You’re itching to take the next step in your career or life.
You may or may not know what your next step is. You just know it’s time for more.
You’re sick of feeling like an imposter.
Life is so busy, you’re on auto-pilot.
You’ve got responsibilities at work and at home, and changing your life will impact the balance. Maybe you feel guilty about how your desires will affect others. You need someone who gets this and will meet your reality with compassion and creativity.
You’ve done ‘work’ already. Self-help books. Traditional therapy. Yoga classes. They’re not enough. You need tailored, one-on-one support to get moving.
If this sounds like you, if you’re longing to make changes in your life, but it feels like too much to juggle or make sense of on your own, you’re in the right place. I regularly help people, just like you, make bold choices and create careers and lives they actually love.

Continuing to travel and experience the world with my family – my husband, Adam, and our two young kids, Josephine and Oliver. 10. WHAT MAKES YOU LAUGH?
My husband, Adam. He’s a playwright and often writes about really dark things. But he’s also the funniest and cracks me up at least a dozen times a day.
11. FAVOURITE CONVERSATION TOPICS?

”How are you, really?”
”Any fun weekend plans?”
