My superpower is helping you get real about YOUR unique needs and desires and empowering you with strategies and tools to effectively make changes. This will help you to navigate transitions - and life - with more clarity and confidence.
I am deeply compassionate. I bring warmth and compassionate curiosity to every interaction and coaching session we have.
My background in project management also means I ensure we get down to business and you stay on track with your progress and goals.
Consistently, my coaching helps people develop life-changing insights and tools to live happier, healthier lives.
A little more about me...
Some of the modalities I practice are:
Reiki (I am a Reiki Master)
Mindfulness + meditation
The Law of Attraction, abundance, creation and manifesting
This knowledge is woven into my coaching. I can also suggest practices to help you develop your intuition and connection with a higher purpose.
I have over a decade of experience managing projects and events with some of Canada's top charities, including Habitat for Humanity and United Way, in addition to work in the private, start-up and public sectors.
My passion to see and experience the world has taken me to live and work in Hong Kong, Tokyo, Vietnam, Mexico and across the Caribbean.
I have my CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), considered the world's leading coaching program. I am also accredited with the International Coaches Federation (ICF).
Many moons ago, I pursued an undergrad in Comparative Religions at McGill University and an MA in Asian Pacific Studies at the University of Toronto.
My husband, Adam, and I have two young kids, Josephine and Oliver. Living with the push and pull of being a working mama is the most humbling, challenging and rewarding experience of this lifetime.
Becoming a coach has been a huge, joyful and wondrous gift. It is a natural expression of who I am. A calling.
Coaching is like an endless cycle of inspiration. I inspire the people I work with and I am equally inspired by them. By their courage to define life on their own terms. To take courageous steps. To do things that once felt impossible. It really is the best.
I live what I coach every day by bringing intention, gratitude and joy to my life.
