WHY RESILIENT LEADERSHIP?
I am a “born people pleaser.” If I had my choice, I would avoid even a whiff of conflict and always keep everyone around me happy.
I thought this trait was a strength in my relationship and career. But it turned out to be self-sabotage. Saying “yes” to everything and putting everyone else’s happiness before mine was holding me back. I couldn’t grow in my career. And I couldn’t be as present as I wanted to be with my family.
That’s when I discovered Mental Fitness Training. It was a complete game-changer!
The six-week program taught me to identify and change my self-sabotaging habits. And the training tools and mindset exercises equipped me to make these positive changes faster.
I can now make decisions more confidently, manage my stress consistently, and maintain boundaries without guilt. I’ve become more efficient and have learned to recover faster when things don’t go as planned. And I don’t waste time worrying or second-guessing myself when I have to say “no.”

If you commit to the full program, you’ll experience results. The full program involves attending our weekly group coaching session (one hour), watching a one-hour weekly video and doing a combined total of 15 minutes of guided practice with the Positive Intelligence app per day.

I will facilitate your weekly one-hour group coaching session. I keep these groups small, so there’s a good amount of time in each session for individualized “hot seat coaching” to ensure you get the most out of your experience.

Weekly group coaching sessions – called “Pod Calls” – are scheduled on the following dates:

Monday – Module 4
Monday – Module 5
Monday – Module 6
Outside of Pod Calls, you can fit the program’s readings, exercises and bite-sized practice sessions into your own schedule.

I liken it to learning to ride a bicycle from a book. Technically possible, but not the easiest or most rewarding experience.
The book is the foundation for the Mental Fitness Training. But the full program builds on the book’s teachings by giving you opportunities to practice daily exercises through the app, deeper experiential exercises with weekly video coachings, and honing your insights through our live coaching Pod Calls.
